SINOXX 4550 is ideal for applications exposed to repeated heating between 427 - 899°C. This high-performance alloy is perfect for manufacturing high-temperature gaskets and expansion joints, rocket engine components, aircraft collector rings, and exhaust manifolds. It is also widely used in chemical production equipment and various component parts across the textile, food processing, paper, chemical, and leather industries.

Hardening
Harden from a temperature of 1020-1120o C followed by water or oil quenching. This procedure will result in maximum ductility. Structure is austenite.
Forging
Hot forming temperature: 1150 - 850°C.
